Activities in Ecuador
A specific center of active tourism is the town of Banos . It is mainly famous for its thermal springs. But not only! There are numerous hiking and cycling routes waiting for tourists. You will be able to go down a rushing river on a pontoon or ride a zipline. In terms of trekking, the Podocarpus National Park is also great, within which you will be able to admire as many as four different ecosystems. Tourists also eagerly visit the vicinity of the second, highest peak in Ecuador, i.e. the Cotopaxi volcano.
