Twer

Tver is a city in Russia located on the Volga River, which is located halfway between Saint Petersburg and Moscow. After a huge fire around 1763, not much was left of it. The whole building was rebuilt in a truly tsarist style, with the palace for Tsarina Catherine II in the center of the city. There are many remains of wooden huts from the 18th and 19th centuries in the city. In fact, not so much remains as entire huts, with grandmother and grandpa inside.
