But not only. Banja Luka, although it does not look like it at first glance, is also a street art city . Local artists created the Flaster group there, which then began to organize a festival known as Flaster Graffiti Jam . This event is to commemorate Tamara Cvetkovic - a pioneer of street art in Banja Luka, who died in an avalanche on Jahorina in 2010. Thanks to the festival, the best artists dealing with street art come to the city. As a result, you can find really interesting murals in Banja Luka.

Banja Luka will surely appeal to backpackers and young people who like slightly alternative places. The city does not have many monuments, but it offers, for example, the possibility of following the trail of murals. Also the local pubs and clubs allow you to have fun in the evenings. This is a great stopover on the way from Mostar to Zagreb .

Hostel Cuba znajduje się w bliskim sąsiedztwie centrum. Zdecydowałem się na nocleg w pokoju prywatnym z łazienką. Koszt pobytu był niewysoki. Miałem trochę problemów z zaparkowaniem samochodu. Bowiem hostel znajduje się w dzielnicy mieszkalnej, gdzie są małe bloki oraz domki, w efekcie miejsc parkingowych nie ma zbyt wiele.
City Hostel Banja Luka
W City Hostelu Banja Luka spędziłem dwie noce. Znajduje się jakieś 15-20 min wolnym spacerem od ścisłego centrum. Jest bardzo schludny i czysty. Oferuje zarówno pokoje prywatne, jak i kilkuosobowe dormitoria. Bardzo przystępna cena, możliwość dokupienia śniadań, sympatyczna obsługa.
Guest House Gundulićeva
Pensjonat znajduje się praktycznie w ścisłym centrum. Oferuje ładne, przytulne pokoje z łazienkami. Po dwóch nocach spędzonych tam stwierdzam, że na pewno jeszcze wrócę do Banja Luki. W pensjonacie działa bar, gdzie polecam wpaść na piwo. W bliskim sąsiedztwie znajduje się sklep oraz kawiarnia.
