Best Western Solhem Hotel

Best Western Solhem Hotel is in a good location. Visby's old town is only a few minutes' walk away. It was also close to the port. The breakfast was standard Swedish, the waffles were a nice change. The room was not fully prepared when we arrived. It wasn't particularly big either.

First Hotel Kokoloko

I'm glad we chose First Hotel Kokoloko. The pool was very clean and well-kept. We also paid a few pennies for golf. It was possible to rent bikes on site, which we took advantage of. And we had a viewing terrace with a jacuzzi. The downside was that the breakfast buffet was not very large and it was difficult to eat enough.

Hotell Slottsbacken

Hotell Slottsbacken hosted us very well. We had a beautiful apartment with very comfortable beds. We are very happy that we could try Swedish cuisine. It was no problem for us to check out an hour later.
Hotell Gute

Hotell Gute

Hotell Gute is located a short distance from the old town. The breakfast was very tasty and coffee was available all day long. It was a bit noisy on the weekend, but it was bearable. The bigger disadvantage was the lack of an elevator and we had some problems carrying our heavy suitcases upstairs.

Hotell Visby Börs Sekel Sviter

We chose Hotell Visby Börs Sekel Sviter mainly because of the location and we were not disappointed. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the beds were really comfortable. It's a pity that there was no wifi in the room and the reception was not open 24 hours a day. Overall, the value for money was ok.
