Ohrid (Ohrid) is undoubtedly the most popular city in Macedonia . It is visited by many more tourists than Skopje . The advantage of Ohrid is its location. It is situated on the shores of the exceptionally picturesque Ohrid Lake and in close proximity to the Galicica mountain range.
However, Ohrid is also a large number of monuments (including a large number of churches) as well as traditional Turkish architecture that dominates its center. The city also offers a rich cultural life. Numerous festivals take place here, incl. Ohrid Summer or the International Folk Festival.

If you appreciate culturally rich cities that offer many interesting sights, then Ohrid is a must. Additionally, the city is an ideal destination for all walkers . A stroll along the shores of Lake Ohrid allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area. And if you go on a cruise from Ohrid to St. Nauma, you will also have amazing relaxation.

Villa Kale
Wymarzone miejsce na wakacje. Szukając idealnego noclegu w Ochrydzie trafiłem na Villę Kale. Położona jest w niedużej odległości od twierdzy czy ruin teatru. Miałam pokój z pięknym widokiem na miasto i jezioro. Nocując tam można w pełni zakosztować w atmosferze panującej w Ochrydzie. Dodatkowy plus za smaczne śniadania.
House Krstanoski
Ochryda pod kątem noclegów nie jest zbyt tania. Jednak udało mi się znaleźć miejsce, w którym nie wydałem fortuny. House Krstanoski znajduje się jakieś 700 m od ścisłego centrum. Panuje tam przyjemna, domowa atmosfera. Okolica jest spokojna. Do tego gospodarze bardzo sympatyczni.
Villa Dudinka
Praktycznie w samym centrum miasta znajduje się Villa Dudinka. Byłem zaskoczony, że za tak niewielkie pieniądze gospodarze oferują tak dobre warunki. Apartamenty są schludne i ładnie urządzone. Do tego piękny widok na jezioro. Jedynym minusem jest duża ilość schodów oraz brak parkingu przy samym obiekcie.
