Cortina d'Ampezzo is a small town in the heart of the Italian Dolomites . Over the years, it has gained the status of the most prestigious ski resort in sunny Italy. As a result, it is one of the more expensive places to ski there. But higher prices are also followed by high quality of services.

If you visit there in winter, you will have the opportunity to ride along perfectly groomed slopes with a total length of approx. 120 km. Hotel Villa Nevada

Hotel Villa Nevada is a charming, beautifully situated facility in a classic Alpine style. We were here in spring, when the entire area was bathed in lush greenery and flowers. Pure idyll. The hotel itself offers really good conditions. The room was quite large, cozy, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Breakfasts were very tasty.

Hotel Europa

We spent 4 days at the Europa Hotel during our winter trip to Italy. We liked it very much, as well as Cortina itself. The hotel is located directly in the center of the town. It offers a very high standard, but unfortunately it is also quite expensive. The room was great, decorated with mountain photos. The staff was very nice and the meals were a solid 8/10.

Radisson Residences Savoia Palace Cortina d’Ampezzo

During our winter break in Cortina d'Ampezzo, we decided to stay at Radisson as a family. Of course, it was not the cheapest accommodation option. We dreamed of high standard and quality. We were absolutely not disappointed with this aparthotel. The apartment was well decorated and equipped with the most necessary things. There is a stop for the free ski bus right next to it.

Jägerhaus Agriturismo

This agritourism farm is located outside the center of Cortina. But we wanted peace, quiet and a slightly more authentic experience of Italy. Additionally, there are trails close to the guesthouse. It is therefore a good base for hiking trips. Decorated in a rustic style, it allows you to feel the atmosphere of an Alpine village. Delicious food, very nice service. And these views!

Hotel Villa Gaia

Villa Gaia is a great place to stay in Cortina d'Ampezzo. Not too big, it offers quite an intimate atmosphere. The room may not have been very large, but it was just right for two people. The equipment includes a kettle and a supply of tea, which was replenished daily. Buffet breakfast. Huge selection of products, everything fresh and tasty.
