50 square kilometers - that's all it takes for Hydra, one of the Saronic Islands, near the Peloponnese. The tiny one is rarely mentioned among the most popular tourist destinations in Greece. We owe her the greatest works of Leonard Cohen - a famous musician was supposed to create his hits there. More than one couple probably owes their love to her - the island is considered the most romantic place in Greece . You can find out about it while admiring the scenery of Hydra flooded with the glow of the setting sun. Then the night face of the island wakes up, and the bars and taverns fill up with tourists.

Gorąco polecam pensjonat Athina. To kameralne miejsce, urządzone po domowemu. Dzięki czemu świetnie się tam czułem. W pokoju był mały aneks kuchenny, taki, żeby można było zrobić kawę, kanapki czy jakieś mniejsze przekąski. Okolica była cicha i spokojna, idealna na spacer.

Hydroussa Hotel znajduje się w sercu miejscowości Hydra. Zajmuje wnętrza wyremontowanego, ładnego pałacyku. Wszędzie blisko – zarówno do portu, jak i na wybrzeże, do sklepów czy restauracji. Bardzo komfortowy pokój. Codziennie pyszne śniadania. Na pewno atutem tego hotelu są jego właściciele i pracownicy – ciepli, otwarci i pomocni.

Wymarzone miejsce dla kogoś, kto chce się odciąć od świata i ludzi. Pensjonat zlokalizowany jest w dość odludnym miejscu, kawałek od miasta Hydra. Ale właściciele oferują transfery motorówką. Doskonałe warunki, piękne widoki i przyroda, możliwość wypożyczenia sprzętu wodnego oraz bardzo pożywne śniadania.
Douskos Guesthouse
Miło spędziłem czas w Hydrze oraz w pensjonacie Douskos. Znajduje się w centralnej części miasteczka. Z okien, miałem ładny widok. Przemiły właściciel – trochę gaduła, ale bardzo życzliwy. Warunki dobre i co najważniejsze za tygodniowe wakacje nie zapłaciłem tam małej fortuny.
