Larnaca is one of the most important cities in Southern Cyprus. Mainly due to the international airport located there. However, Larnaca is not only an important transportation hub. The city offers quite a lot of attractions .

It is worth visiting the mosque located there, the atmospheric Turkish district or taking a walk along the picturesque seaside promenade. Larnaca also has several nice beaches , also those under the Blue Flag banner (they are marked with bathing / beaches with exceptional natural values). The city also offers quite a lot of clubs and bars that will make your time after sunset.

For whom?

Certainly Larnaca will be a good choice if you are looking for a universal destination for a holiday vacation . What does it mean? That in Larnaca you will find both beaches and monuments , walking places and nice clubs and pubs where you can party until dawn. It's not Ibiza , but still one of the better places to party in Cyprus .

The Josephine Boutique Hotel is small but offers a very high standard. It is located right next to Larnaca's biggest attractions. Close to the beaches, lots of shops, restaurants and clubs right next to it. We were most impressed by the rooftop swimming pool. A great place to relax and admire the city from above. I recommend!

Sun Hall is a modern hotel of good standard. It is located opposite the beach, but also very close to the city center. From the windows we could admire a wonderful view of the sea. Excellent breakfasts were served every day. We spent the hottest hours around noon on the beach, and in the afternoons we simply walked around the city. In the evening, relax by the pool and then party in the city. An ideal place if someone wants to combine sunbathing and sightseeing.

The hotel is located in a 19th century, but very nicely renovated building. The amazing atmosphere of the place is complemented by a pleasant patio and a swimming pool on the roof of the building. The walk to the beach took me about 10 minutes. Close to the castle and the Turkish district. I remember my time there very well.

Frangiorgio Hotel

Frangiorgio Hotel

Hotel Frangiorgio is a good place if someone wants not only to lie on the beach, but also to get to know the city. Located close to the center and within walking distance of many of Larnaca's monuments and attractions. There is also a nice beach right next to it. We really liked the swimming pool on the roof of the building! Good standard at a reasonable price.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca

Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca

As befits a five-star hotel, Radisson Blu offers a very high standard. Beautifully decorated rooms and delicious meals. It's a long way to the beach, but there is a great swimming pool on site. The city center is a stone's throw from the hotel. We also loved admiring the city views from the atmospheric bar located on the top floor.
