Mochima

Mochima is a national park in Venezuela popular with snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. It is the second oldest national park in the country, where you can explore pelican breeding nests (in La Ciena Bay) and swim with dolphins around Cachicamo Island.

The easiest way to get to Mochima is in Puerto la Cruz . An extremely popular island for divers is Isla de Plata , where coral reefs have grown abundantly and sparkle with colors like a florist before Women's Day. There are plenty of beaches on site - sandy, deserted and incredibly beautiful.
