Manu National Park is one of the most amazing places not only in Peru but all over South America. It protects an enormous area of 1.5 million hectares. It stretches from 150 to 4,200 m above sea level. As a result, Manu National Park is a place of exceptional biodiversity. Scientists say it has between 2,000 and 5,000 plant species.

The park is also home to approx. 850 species of birds and numerous mammals. All this made the Manu National Park on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. Of course, it is made available to tourists. There are a lot of hiking routes there, and there are also trips, during which you can, for example, watch birds.
