Port Seguro is halfway between Rio de Janeiro and El Salvador. Historically, it is an important point on the map of Brazil. Because the local port was the first place where Portuguese sailors went after traveling from Europe. Today, however, Porto Seguro prefers to live in the present than in the past. The city functions as a popular resort (one of the largest in the country), especially among native tourists.

Tropical Beach

A great hotel offering the perfect space to relax. Boho-style interiors, nicely arranged outdoor areas with swimming pools and greenery. We were delighted with both the appearance of the hotel and the level of services provided there. Tasty breakfasts. And affordable.

Eden Praia Hotel

We highly recommend the Eden Paraia hotel. Great place! Intimate, unfussy and cheap. But the conditions are really great - clean, everything well-kept. The location is also OK - easy access, close to the ocean. Of course, it also has an outdoor swimming pool.

Quinta do Sol Praia Hotel

What more could you want than a hotel right on the beach? In our opinion, this is the best located accommodation facility in Porto Seguro. In fact, it is separated from the beach by a not very busy road. But there are palm trees, views and perfect conditions. Because the hotel is super decorated. Friendly service.

Arraial D'ajuda Eco Resort

My wife and I spent a week at this resort. It is located on the outskirts of Porto Seguro, about 5 minutes by car. Brilliant location, next to a wonderful white beach. Palm trees, views, several swimming pools and water slides. There were a lot of families with children, but overall it was quite peaceful.

Pousada Macunaima

Maybe there are no great luxuries here, but we spent most of our time on the beach, so the room was only for sleeping and taking a shower. Cheap, neat, quiet. Lots of greenery in the garden, swimming pool, possibility to play billiards. We liked it!
