Chapada Diamantina

Chapada Diamantina is a great place for all nature lovers, where diamonds have never been mined. On site, you have trekking routes and beautiful landscapes. It is home to Brazil's highest waterfall, Cachoeira da Fumaça . If you like backpacking and swimming in natural springs , I especially recommend Cachoeira Serrano and Poco Halley. They are located on one of the two routes departing from Lencois de Bahia . You can eat them without a guide. Just take your swimming trunks. The easiest way to get there is from Salvador de Bahia .
