Alanya

Alanya is often confused with Antalya . In fact, both names are very similar, and additionally both resorts are relatively close to each other. Alanya is an elegant coastal city that is very popular among tourists. It is situated on two bays separated by a rocky peninsula. It rises above sea level to a height of 250 m. On its top rises a fortress surrounded by walls with 150 bastions. This is the best viewpoint in Alanya, which can be reached, among others using the gondola lift.

In the city, it is also worth visiting a cave known as the Dripping Stone Grotto, known for its healing properties. You will also find some nice beaches here, and numerous clubs and pubs will take care of the evening entertainment. All this makes Alanya a really good vacation destination.
