Hradec Kralove
Autor, Brate
Hradec Kralove is one of the oldest Czech towns. It is located in the north of the country, close to the border with Poland . Thanks to its long history, you will find an interesting combination of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and modern architecture . After a thorough reconstruction at the beginning of the 20th century, Hradec Kralove gained a radial circular development plan . Since then, it has been called the Salon of the Republic .

It is worth looking at the city from above, preferably from the White Tower, located in the very center. Other places worth visiting are the Gallery of Contemporary Art and the Museum of East Bohemia. The atmosphere of the whole city is definitely created by its location - at the confluence of two rivers: the Elbe and the Orlica.
