Interlaken

Interlaken boasts an exceptionally picturesque location. Not only is it surrounded by mountains, but it is also located between two lakes - Thun and Brienz . Due to its central location, it is often referred to as the true heart of Switzerland. From the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and convenient connections with other cities, tourism began to develop rapidly in Interlaken.

Today, this Swiss city is known as an ideal base for exploring the nearby Bernese Alps. Thanks to the well-developed transport infrastructure, such as the famous railway, and a huge number of lifts / gondolas, tourists can visit many interesting places and enjoy the beautiful views from many peaks. In winter, the town turns into a ski resort with a total of approx. 200 km of ski runs . In summer, however, hikers have at their disposal a huge network of hiking trails, supported by modern railways and lifts. It is also worth going on an incredibly scenic cruise on both lakes surrounding the city. The city is also known for its rich offer of hotels, restaurants, and SPA and Wellness points.
