With less than 8,000 inhabitants, Lysekil is also the largest town in the Bohuslän region . Lysekil is situated at the very end of the most Norwegian of Sweden's fjords - Gullmarsfjorden . Initially a fishing town, in the 19th century it gained the status of one of the most important Swedish resorts.
