Abisko National Park covers a highly diversified area, which, depending on the season, will present its own face. Its main part is occupied by the valley surrounded by the Abisko Alps and the Torneträsk lake. The latter is connected by a river with another reservoir - Abiskojaure Lake. In the warm months you will be able to wander among green meadows and watch the mountains reflecting in the water. However, in winter the whole area is covered with a thick layer of snow and ice. Abisko is eagerly visited by enthusiasts of all kinds of outdoor activities. In summer, numerous hiking trails await them. In winter, it is possible to use scooters or dog sleds, ice climbing or skiing.
