Cuenca

Cuenca is located in central Spain, in the Castilla-La Mancha region. It is known primarily for its amazing location on the rocks cut by two rivers . It also owes its fame to the historic market square , which is considered one of the most beautiful in all of Spain. These two reasons made the city inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List .

One of the biggest attractions of Cuency is Casas Colgadas , or "hanging houses" that stand on the edge of picturesque and high cliffs. Be sure to take a stroll between the colorful townhouses in the Plaza Mayor area and admire the amazing panorama of the city from the St. Paul.
