Cabo de Gata is a national park and UNESCO biosphere reserve located at the southern tip of Spain. It is considered the most beautiful and definitely the wildest part of the coast of this country . You will not find huge tourist resorts here. The biggest advantage of this place is nature untouched by man . Among the soaring rocks you will discover bays with amazing beaches and an almost desert landscape. The territory of the national park covers a 60 km long coastal strip, and even in the peak of the summer season, you will not come across crowds of tourists.

Hotel Blanca Brisa Cabo de Gata

After extensive sightseeing in other parts of Spain, we chose this hotel for a few days of typical relaxation. The choice turned out to be great! Cabo de Gata Park has a somewhat desolate atmosphere. The hotel was close to a beautiful sandy beach. Additionally, pleasant areas around for walks. If someone wants to escape from the crowds and noisy resorts, this is a very good place to relax.

We chose San Jose as a base for exploring the Cabo de Gata Park. This hotel immediately caught our eye. Beautifully located and very atmospheric place. The photos don't lie! Quiet and peaceful, plus a great beach right next to it. In addition, high standard and delicious food. We highly recommend it!

Apartahotel Vistamar San José

We went on a family trip and were looking for a larger apartment. This particular aparthotel offers very large and fully equipped apartments. The kids loved the small swimming pool. In addition, there is a nice beach right next to it. The place is a bit out of the way, but the walk to the center only took a few minutes.

Hostal del Cabo

It was one of the cheaper accommodation options in San Jose, but I must admit that it turned out to be very good. Convenient location, with a nice view of the city and the beach right next to it. Close to shops and local pubs. Plus a large room with everything you need. I sincerely recommend it!

Hotel de Naturaleza Rodalquilar & Spa Cabo de Gata

This hotel is great for a few days of relaxation and isolation from the rest of the world. There are swimming pools and a spa on site with treatments during which you can completely relax. It's a long way to the beach, but it's worth going because it's amazing. Great breakfasts.
