Sant Jordi Hostels Rock Palace
Sant Jordi Hostels Rock Palace is one of the best European hostels I have stayed in. Close to the center, great atmosphere - I met many amazing people there. Rooms ok. Possibility to buy meals. For example, dinners were cheap because you also got free beer.

Unite Hostel Barcelona
In Barcelona I was looking for a cheap, relatively quiet place to spend 2 nights. This is how I ended up at the Unite hostel. I can definitely recommend it to people traveling alone. The price was quite low. The dorm rooms are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. Super arranged interiors - modern and very stylish.

Grupotel Gran Via 678
Grupotel Gran Via 678 is a place worth recommending. It is located in the city center. I had quite a nice view from the room window. There is a small swimming pool on site. It's more for soaking your feet than swimming, but it was still a godsend on hot days. I really liked the breakfasts served at the hotel - lots of Mediterranean accents.

K+K Hotel Picasso El Born
I can definitely recommend K+K Hotel Picasso El Born. It is surrounded by a lot of greenery. There is a swimming pool on its roof. The views from there are really nice. Conditions in the hotel are 5+. The room for two people was quite large. The bed was big too.

Hotel Chi is located close to the very center - about 10-15 minutes on foot. My stay there was very successful. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Nice room. Possibility to use the swimming pool and roof terrace. I really liked the breakfasts. My only complaint is the WiFi, which worked with varying degrees of success in my room.
