Zlatibor is, next to Kopaonik , one of the most popular mountain ranges in Serbia . As a result, it is also perfectly developed in terms of tourism , giving the possibility of various options for spending free time. Zlatibor is located in the western part of the country, next to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina .

It is not a very high band, and rather the term "plateau" fits it better. The highest peak, i.e. Tornik, reaches 1496 m above sea level . The remaining elevations are around 1000 m. Zlatibor is valued primarily for its idyllic views, mild climate, and several pleasant attractions located directly in the town of Zlatibor.

For whom?

You will like Zlatibor if you are looking for not very demanding, pretty mountains where you will be able to enjoy the blissful peace. Although this range is quite popular, you will not find such crowds there as in the most crowded Polish mountains, i.e. the Tatra Mountains . Zlatibor will also be a good destination for families with children . There are many places that will appeal to the youngest.

Guest House Vila Bajka

While in Zlatibor, I decided to stay at Vila Bajka. It's a very nice guesthouse. It not only has nice interiors, but also a well-kept garden. Private parking is available for guests. There is a homely, warm atmosphere there. In addition, I paid literally several dozen zlotys for accommodation.

In the city of Zlatibor, my wife and I stayed overnight at the NS Novaković guesthouse. In my opinion, this is a good option for couples. Peace and quiet, literally 3 steps from the center. The apartment was nicely decorated. Maybe not our style, but it was neat. From the window we had a view of the meadow and mountains. We could fully relax there.

If you want to feel the authentic atmosphere of Zlatibor, then decide to stay at Villa Miris Dunja. First of all, you will find there a unique restaurant in a rustic style, with numerous knick-knacks. Honestly, I didn't want to leave there. The rooms are also kept in a similar style, but the number of decorations is slightly limited. The included breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of regional products.

Guesthouse Dabić

I highly recommend the Dabić guesthouse in Zlatibor. You won't find any great luxuries there. But you will feel almost at home there. Almost, because you don't have to clean up and prepare breakfast yourself. The price of the stay was not the lowest, but I believe it was adequate to the quality of the services provided. We had a view of the garden from the room.
