Yekaterinburg
Autorka, Travelbay
Yekaterinburg is a city located in the Ural Mountains, which forms an agreed border between Asia and Europe. This is the place where the Romanov family was beheaded and where President Boris Yeltsin (the first president of the Russian Federation after the collapse of the USSR) grew up. Yekaterinburg was built by order of Peter the Great as a bridgehead for wealth exploration in the Urals. After perestroika, the power over the city was taken over by the mafia, which kept all Jeka by the balls. One of the biggest tourist attractions is the site of the execution of the tsarist Romanov family in 1918.

For whom?
Yekaterinburg is not a very interesting city in terms of architecture, and for most Russians it is a transfer port. It is rather an industrial city, although with a population of 1.4 million, it is nowhere to have fun.
