Sochi

Sochi is a Russian Black Sea resort that is often referred to as the Russian Riviera . Don't forget to blink an eye while saying these words. The whole world took notice of Sochi during the organization of the Winter Olympics, which the city hosted. Interestingly, no competition was held in Sochi, and most of the competition was held in the neighboring village of Krasnaya Polyana and Adler .

Sochi itself served rather as a lodging base, full of restaurants, cafes and bars. In summer, Sochi is good for partying, where wealthy Russians often enjoy. I was considering adding another "beaches" tab, but the coast here is rocky. Even despite the imported sand, this problem cannot be solved. Crowds come here during the summer season. The prices then go up.

For whom?

Sochi is a good spot for a party and for exploring the mountains right next to the side. Beach- goers have nothing to look for here. There is sand and stones. Unless one is imported. As for the prices themselves, remember that the Winter Olympics in Russia were the most expensive in history.
