The Hel Peninsula (also known as the peninsula) is one of the most characteristic parts of the Polish coast of the Baltic Sea. It starts at Władysławowo and runs 34 km south-east. In its area you will find well-known and popular resorts, i.e. Chałupy, Kuźnica, Jastarnia, Jurata and at the very end of Hel.

Hel, Poland - © Brate

For years, the Hel Peninsula has been extremely popular among tourists. Both sunbathers and fans of active tourism come here. Cyclists come here willingly, who follow the route along the entire spit. Hel is recognized among windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts. But if you like sightseeing, you will also have plenty to do here. The most important attraction is the Coastal Defense Museum . It is also worth visiting the Seal Center . However, due to the fact that within the spit there are one of the most famous resorts on the Baltic Sea, you can also count on a party atmosphere here.

For whom?

The Hel Peninsula is an ideal proposition for people who like to spend time actively . This is where you will be able to practice kitesurfing, windsurfing or cycling. Of course, there are also spaces ideal for walking or relaxing here. Party people will also have something to do here. Especially in summer.

Hotel 77 Restauracja Spa

Hotel 77 Restauracja Spa is in a great location, overlooking the sea. The facility has a large garden with a separate play area for children. The rooms are rather classic. The only thing that bothered us was that the meals served there were of average quality.

Dom Zdrojowy Hotel SPA

Dom Zdrojowy Hotel SPA is located in a beautiful area and offers a full recreational package. The rooms and bathrooms are modernly furnished and with attention to detail. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. Unfortunately, the hotel staff looked as if they were working as punishment.

Willa Kaszub

Willa Kaszub is a nice facility relatively close to the beach. The rooms are elegant and clean, but the beds could be more comfortable. Moreover, kudos to the owner who puts her whole heart into her work.

Pokoje u Rybaka

The rooms at Rybaka are located close to the beach. The rooms are simple and clean. The property also offers barbecue facilities and a children's area. Overall, a very nice place, but unfortunately it is located on a busy street. It's worth keeping this in mind.

Villa Pastelowa

Villa Pastelowa is a spacious building in an excellent location. This place takes care of its guests, offering unique rooms and bathrooms decorated in light colors. The views from the terrace are unique and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is also impeccable. It's really worth coming here.

Jas

Jas is located less than 500 m from the beach, which was a huge advantage for us. The rooms are small and simply decorated. The same is true for the bathroom, but everything is kept clean.
