One of the most popular places from which you can admire the work created by the Tara River is the Durdević Bridge . It is located not far from Żablijak. It rises 172 meters above the canyon floor. Along the bridge you will be able to zipline , and on the Tara itself, there are very popular rafting trips .

The Tara Canyon is the perfect destination if you like to spend time actively . Rafting trips of various difficulty levels are organized on the river (both for beginners and advanced). During the rafting you will be able to fully admire the natural beauty of the canyon. You will also find hiking and biking trails in the area.

Motel Tara is located near Durdevica Bridge, the most famous viewpoint of the Tara Canyon. It offers a beautiful panorama of the area, and the meal eaten on the restaurant terrace tasted simply delicious. The room was small, but clean and tastefully decorated. I spent one night there as part of transit accommodation and it was a good choice.

If you are looking for a place where you will be close to wonderful nature and views, then definitely decide to spend at least one night in Kapija Kanjona. You will find wooden, simple bungalows there. The lack of luxuries was an advantage for us. In addition, the price is low and it is far from civilization. You can get away from everything there.

Hotel Serdar

Hotel Serdar is located on the outskirts of Mojkovac, close to Tara. I spent one night there before continuing to the north of Montenegro. The hotel is quite modern, the rooms are nice and the breakfasts are very tasty. The price is not the lowest, but not a tragedy.
