Kokino

There is a place in North Macedonia that attracts a lot of interest among scientists and tourists. Located about an hour from Skopje Kokino , it is an exceptionally intriguing point on the map of this country. It is referred to as a megalithic astronomical observatory . Rock formations with an exceptionally interesting shape played the role of a kind of calendar, allowing for the determination of the date of e.g. harvesting.
