Hiddensee
Autorka, Travelbay
Hiddensee is an island located in the Baltic Sea. Its length is just less than 17 km. It is an ideal destination for people looking for peace and quiet. The idyllic landscapes are complemented by small towns, and car traffic is prohibited throughout the area. The island, together with the adjacent bays and straits, is part of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park .

In the old days it belonged to Rügen , but due to severe storms in 1308, the connection between them was irretrievably broken. Thanks to its perfectly preserved nature and wide sandy beaches, the island has been a popular holiday destination for many years. There is no loud music or crowded resorts here, but everyone can find the perfect place for themselves to calm down and relax. Most of the beaches, especially those located a little further from the village, are popular with nudists.
For whom?
If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday destination , where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city, then the island of Hiddensee will be the perfect choice for you. It is also a perfect destination for all those who love wildlife , beautiful landscapes and great walking areas.
