Alsfeld

Alsfeld , a small town in the region of Hessen (Hesse), dates back to the 11th century, when it was first mentioned. Despite the passage of centuries, it has retained its medieval character. You will find out about it by looking at the picturesque old town, dominated by buildings with a half-timbered wall.
