Bornholm, known as the Mallorca of the North, is the sunniest corner of Denmark . The small island is best explored by bike , although it is also a great destination for those who like hiking.

You come to Bornholm to enjoy nature, try the famous smoked herring with egg and radish, and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time goes slower here.
For whom?
Bornholm is an island for people who like to spend time actively, walking and cycling.

Hasle Camping & Hytter
Nice campsite, lots of people, but everyone was smiling and friendly. You can play mini golf and volleyball. Lots of attractions for children. Bathrooms are cleaned frequently.

Hotel Gudhjem
A great hotel located in the most beautiful town on the island. A definitely less budget option than camping. Cozy rooms, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. You can swim in the indoor pool.

Galløkken Strand Camping & Cottages
Cottages with basic equipment, but clean and well-kept. There is a grocery store on site. Showers are charged extra, but this is probably standard in Denmark. There is a small beach right next to the campsite.

Nordskoven Strand Camping
Campsite near the ferry in Ronne, very quiet and peaceful. Nearby there is a beach and bicycle paths. The houses are clean and well-kept, in the shared kitchen you can use a microwave and an oven.
