Zadar

One of the most important places in Dalmatia, in terms of economy, communication and culture, is Zadar. It is a bustling city, famous for its beautiful old town situated on a peninsula , numerous monuments and extraordinary tourist attractions. It also has a pleasant atmosphere and offers some of the most beautiful sunsets in Croatia .

Zadar is also a good starting point for e.g. to the Kornati National Park or the Telašćica Nature Park. There are many nice beaches and recreational areas in the vicinity of the city. It is definitely worth spending a vacation here or dropping by for a day or two while visiting Croatia. Because nobody will be bored in Zadar!
