Krems , or more specifically Krems an der Donau, is a charming town located in the Wachau Valley , famous for its vineyards and beautiful views. The majestic Danube flowing here has created an exceptionally picturesque scenery that will delight you at any time of the year. Krems is the eastern gate to the entire valley. It is also one of the oldest cities in all of Austria.

The old town of Krems impresses with its architectural craftsmanship . It is for this reason that in 2000 it was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List . The atmospheric streets, churches, tenement houses and bustling squares make visiting Krems a pleasure in itself. It is also worth adding that there is a lot going on in this Austrian city. Mainly due to cultural events organized there, such as the Danube Festival, the East-West Music Festival or the Film Festival.
